The team at AESSEAL Malaysia proved actions spoke louder than words when members went to the zoo with the aim of having a positive impact on their community.
Their first Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Programme took place at Selangor-based family-friendly petting zoo The Farm in the City, and was described as “a day where purpose met action”.
AESSEAL Malaysia said the team believed true success was not only measured by performance, but by the positive impact created in the communities around the business, and added:
A group of 15 passionate team members from various departments came together to participate in meaningful activities centered around sustainability, animal care, cultural appreciation, and community support. What made the day special wasn’t just the setting, but the shared intention to give back while growing together as a team.
Throughout the day, the team:
- Promoted ethical animal care and supported animal welfare initiatives
- Encouraged sustainability practices and environmental awareness
- Fostered a deeper sense of civic responsibility towards shared spaces, and
- Strengthened teamwork, social awareness, and a collective sense of purpose.
The team said: "The experience served as a powerful reminder that small actions, when done together, can create meaningful change.
"Beyond the activities, it sparked conversations, strengthened connections, and reinforced our commitment to being a responsible and caring organization."
